Custom siding replacement and remodel Our clients have a very nice house in Edgemont Ranch just outside of Durango. The homes inside is in very good condition but the exterior needs some work. Neglect from the previous owner with the help from some wood peckers caused the existing wood siding to deteriorate. Our plan is to remove the existing siding along with some stucco and replace with new. The materials chosen are Diamond Kote-Smart Side with some thermally modified wood around the entry. Eventually the stone work will also be replaced but that portion will happen later. Our crew has been making short work of the siding removal/replacement so far.
